腹部闭合性损伤致小肠破裂38例诊治体会

[摘要]目的总结腹部闭合性损伤导致小肠破裂的诊治经验。方法对38例腹部闭合性损伤导致小肠破裂的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果小肠1处破裂34例，破裂两处及以上4例，合并肝脾破裂1例，肋骨骨折2例，大肠破裂1例，骨盆骨折和腰椎骨折各1例，胰腺挫伤1例。本组均行手术治疗，治愈35例，死亡3例，术后并发切口感染8例，早期粘连性肠梗阻1例。结论早期诊断，及时手术，重视整体治疗是提高治愈率，减少并发症，降低死亡率的关键。[关键词] 小肠破裂；腹部损伤；诊断；治疗

Abstract： Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment to the small intestine rupture caused by closed abdominal injury. MethodsRetrospective analysis was carried in 38 patients with small intestine rupture caused by closed abdominal injury. ResultsThis group of patients was treated with operation. 35 cases were cured and 3 cases were dead. 8 cases were complicated with incision infection, 1 case with early adhesive intestine obstruction. Conclusion It is much key to raise the cure rate, decrease the complications and reduce the death rate by early diagnosis, prompt operation and attention to whole treatment. ......
