[摘 要] 目的：了解术前患者对手术室护士的沟通需求。方法：对398例患者进行问卷调查，将调查自问卷发放给患者，统一指导用语，由患者自行填写，然后当场收回。结果：398份问卷中，有395份认为术前患者与手术室护士之间有良好的沟通对患者的术前、术中有很大帮助，能减轻患者对手术紧张、恐惧的心理；有3份认为无影响。结论：良好的沟通能消除患者顾虑，使手术顺利完成。[关键词] 手术护士；沟通；需求
