     微电流值检测对恶性肿瘤诊断价值的初步探讨 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 观察恶性肿瘤与碱离子微电流的关系,为快速诊断肿瘤寻求一种新的方法。方法 应用碱离子微电流癌症探测仪对临床诊断恶性肿瘤的病例进行探测,观察恶性肿瘤与瘤旁正常组织的微电流值,并进行冷冻切片、石蜡切片对照检查。结果 37例恶性肿瘤中32例组织内碱离子微电流达到或超过35微安培(μA),最高者达50~60μA;≤34μA者5例,其中<30μA者2例,癌旁正常组织多在18μA左右,没有1例>25μA;恶性间质瘤(3例)达30μA以上,但有2例在35μA以下;1例卵巢无性细胞瘤为30~34μA。37例恶性肿瘤和癌旁正常组织微电流值的测定结果经统计学检验,2组微电流值之间差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。与病理检测结果对照,其符合率达到94.60%。结论 碱离子微电流探测仪检测能够减少手术中冷冻切片的用量,也能缩短手术时间、麻醉时间及手术的费用,与冷冻切片可起到互补作用。

    Study the value of microcurrent in the diagnosis of malignant tumors

    【Abstract】 Objective Study the alkali ion microcurrent in malignant tumors in order to find a new method for tumor diagnosis.Methods Alkali ion microcurrent was detected on both malignant tumors and “common” tissues beside the tumors using alkali ion microcurrent detector,frozen and paraffin imbedded tissue diagnosis were also done.Results ≥35μA of microcurrent were detected in 32 cases among 37 malignant tumors,the highest data was 50~60μA;4 malignant tumors were 30~34μA;2cases were lower than 30μA.An average data of 18μA of microcurrent were detected in tissues beside the neoplasms and none of them were above 25μA.3 malignant stromal tumors were detected higher than 30μA,while 2 cases were lower than 35μA.One ovarian dysgerminoma was detected between 30 and 34μA.The malignant group has significant difference of microcurrent with tissue-beside group(P<0.001).The accordant rate is 94.60% compared with regular pathology diagnosis.Conclusion Alkali ion microcurrent detection is an effective way to shorten the operation time and lower expense,it may play a compensatory role in intra-operation diagnosis. ......
