【摘要】 目的 探讨孕妇在第二产程屏气与硬膜外麻醉导管回血的关系。方法 将剖宫产孕妇分为3组：屏气30min以上(A组,n=500)，屏气30min以内(B组，n=500)，未屏气(C组，n=601)。统计硬膜外麻醉导管回血的例数。结果 A组导管回血49例(9.8%)，B组导管回血44例(8.8%)，C组导管回血35例(5.83%)，A组与C组比较，差异有显著性。结论 孕妇长时间屏气可能增加硬膜外麻醉导管回血率。
