     [摘要] 目的：回顾性分析腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎平片特点，旨在提高腰椎平片椎间盘后缘轮廓征对该病的诊断价值。方法：总结60例腰椎间盘突出患者X线表现特点，以腰椎间盘CT扫描结果作为参照标准进行分析。结果：60例腰椎CT检查显示椎间盘突出共68个，其中向后54个(77.4%)。60例腰椎平片出现椎间盘后缘轮廓征37个，占CT所示椎间盘向后突出总数的68.5%(37/54)，且35个此征的垂直距离≥0.2 cm,占其比率94.6%。结论：腰椎平片显示椎间盘后缘轮廓征具有较大价值，且距离≥0.2 cm可以作为X线平片诊断腰椎间盘突出的一个重要征象。

    Xray Diagnostic Value of the Posterior Contour Sign in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

    Abstract:Objective To explore the Xray diagnositic value of the posterior contour sign in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods Lumber plain films and CT scans were performed in 60 cases of LDH,imaging characteristics of Xray and CT manifestations of LDH were reviewed.Results LDH in 68 of lumbar intervertebral discs were discovered on CT scans,54 of them in the posterior direction.Posterior contour sign was found in 37 lumbar intervertebral discs on plain films,and revealed LDH in 68.5%(37/54)compared with CT findings.The protruding was larged than 0.2 cm in 35(94.6%).Conclusion The athors were of the opinions that the posterior contour sign of the lumbar intervertebral disc which protruding was larged than 0.2 cm could be considered as an important sign in diagnosing of LDH on plain films. ......
