[摘要] 目的探讨大段骨缺损股骨骨折的修复方法及疗效。方法自1999年6月～2005年2月对8例大段骨缺损股骨骨折，采用吻合血管的双折叠腓骨移植，结合适当内固定/外固定治疗。结果术后随访13个月～5年8个月，平均3年2个月，移植骨生长良好，骨折愈合，能完全负重。结论带血管蒂双折叠组合腓骨移植，结合适当内固定/外固定治疗伴大段骨缺损股骨骨折，愈合快，支撑力强，成功率高。
