[摘要] 目的：了解孕期用药现状及不合理的药物应用概况，以更好的促进合理用药，减少孕妇与胎儿疾病的发生。方法：对近年来孕妇临床用药状况等相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果：孕妇用药比较复杂，涉及各系统疾病。用药来源广泛，包括西药、中成药和中草药，影响孕妇和胎儿健康。结论：掌握妇女孕期合理用药，避免使用禁用药物，尽可能不用慎用药物。[关键词] 孕期；禁用；慎用；药物
