[摘要]目的观察下颌骨骨折应用小型钛板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法 35例患者下颌骨骨折采用口内或口内外联合入径进路以小型钛板进行坚固内固定，术后随访3～6个月，X线检查骨折愈合情况。结果 35例患者中33例张口咬合关系良好，2例咬合关系轻度不良;32例张口度≥37mm，3例张口度<37mm，X线检查骨折愈合良好。结论用小型钛板对下颌骨骨折坚固内固定治疗，与传统的颌间结扎比较有明显的优点。

    Clinical analysis of miniplate osteosynthesis in mandibular fracture

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of the internal fixation with mini-plate to treat mandibular fracture.Methods Thirty-five patients with mandibular fractures were treated with titanium miniplate in rigid internal fixation and were followed up3to6months.The healing conditions of these cases were observed through X-ray examination.Results Thirty-three cases had satisfied occlusion，two cases had slight malocclusion.The mouth opening of thirty-two cases were over37mm，while only three cases under37mm after3months postoperatively.Conclusion The miniplate osteosynthesis is a good method to treat mandibure fracture and has the advantages compared with conventional intermaxillary fixation. ......
