鼻内镜鼻窦手术166例临床分析 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的疗效以及影响疗效的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析1998年7月~2005年10月经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者166例的病例资料。结果 166例(225侧)病例随访1年以上，治愈87例，好转53例，无效26例，有效率为84.3%，手术无严重的并发症发生。结论 熟练的麻醉技术、术者丰富的操作经验、恰当的术后处理、定期合理的鼻内镜随访是保证远期手术疗效的关键。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss some factors which are related with curative effects of endoscopic surgery of nasosinustis and rhinopolypus. Methods 166 patients with rhinosinusopatia were received endoscopic surgery from July，1998 to October，2005. Results 166 patients were followed up for 1 year in average.The therapeutic effect of 87 of them were cured.53 were improved and 26 were ineffective.The effective rate was 84.3%.No syndrome happened after endoscopic surgery.
