     [摘要] 目的：探讨小儿急性肠套叠的腹部平片特点。方法：回顾分析158例诊断明确的小儿急性肠套叠的腹部立卧位片。结果：腹部平片主要特点为腹腔内局限性积气、肠胀气或不完全性肠梗阻、完全性肠梗阻以及结肠内充盈缺损(包块可能)等。结论：小儿急性肠套叠的腹部平片有一定特征，对诊断有一定意义。

    The Specificity of Plain Film in Acute Intusseception in Infants

    Abstract:Objective To reevaluate the specificity of plain film findings in acute intussusception.Methods The plain film findings in 158 cases of provenacute intussusception were reviewed.Results Findings documented were:paucity of right or left lower quadrant gas；presence of incomplete small bowel obstruction；presence of complete intestinal obstruction；presence of an intracolonic mass.Conclusion There are some specificities indeed in plain films of the abdomen which may be significant for the diagnosis of acute intussusception in infants.
