[摘要] 目的 总结3枚7.3 mm空心螺丝钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的效果并分析其特点。方法 治疗32例，其中男25例，女7例；年龄19～83岁，平均53.3岁。闭合复位30例，切开复位2例，在“C”型臂X线机监视下，经皮将3枚导针呈等腰三角形平行打入，经导针将空心螺丝钉旋入加压固定。结果 随访5～37个月，平均随访13.1个月；30例全部愈合，愈合时间2～6个月，平均愈合时间3.8个月。2例发生缺血坏死，无其他严重并发症，优良率为93.75%。结论 空心螺丝钉呈等腰三角形平行固定可获得良好的固定效果，有动力加压作用，创伤小、愈合率高、并发症少，是目前比较理想的股骨颈骨折治疗手段。

    Treatment of 32 cases of femoral neck fresh fracture with percutaneous three 7.3mm hollow screws

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the characteristics and summarize the effect of treatment of femoral neck fresh fracture with three 7.0 mm hollow screws.Methods Among 32cases，there were 25 males and 7 females with an average age of 53.3 years (19～83 years).Close reduction was done in 30 cases and open reduction was in 2 cases.The fractures were fixated by 3 parallel hollow screws in the form of isosceles triangle under monitoring of type C arm X-ray machine.Results The average follow up was 13.1 months (5～37 months).All of 32 cases were healed.The average healing period was 3.8 months (2～6 months).Two cases developed necrosis of femoral head ......
