奥曲肽对人卵巢癌细胞增殖影响的实验研究 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 探讨生长抑素类似物奥曲肽(OCT)在体内对人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3生长的影响。方法 建立人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3裸鼠移植瘤模型，随机分成4组：对照组、奥曲肽组、顺铂组及奥曲肽顺铂联用组，分别予生理盐水、奥曲肽、顺铂及两药联用处理，处死裸鼠后肿瘤标本采用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期，免疫组织化学法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果 各用药组瘤重、瘤体积、VEGF的表达均低于生理盐水组(P<0.05),但用药组两两间比较差异无显著性。结论 奥曲肽能抑制体内人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3生长，对肿瘤VEGF表达的抑制可能为其抑瘤机制之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To approach the effect of octreotide on the growth of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 in vivo. Methods Metastatic model simulating human ovarian cancer was established by implantation of the ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 into nude mice.
