     [摘要] 目的:建立HPLC法测定二氯醋酸二异丙胺的含量。方法:采用Zorbax SBC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以1.0 mmol/L四丁基溴化铵溶液(用氨水调pH至7.2)乙腈(72∶28)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为207 nm。结果:二氯醋酸二异丙胺在0.5~1.5 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),日内和日间精密度分别为0.80%、1.05%,平均回收率为99.1%,样品经破坏的降解产物和二氯醋酸二异丙胺分离度良好。结论:本法简便、专属性强,可用于二氯醋酸二异丙胺的含量测定。

    Determination of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate with HPLC

    [Abstract] Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate. Methods: Zorbax SBC18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of 1.0 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide solution (adjusted pH to 7.2 with ammonia water)acetonitrile (72∶28). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. And detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Results: The calibration curve of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate was linear in range of 0.5~1.5 mg/mL. The RSD of intraday and interday assays was 0.80% and 1.05%, respectively. Satisfactory separation between diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and its main degradation product was obtained. Conclusions: The method is convenient, selective and effective for determination of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate. ......
