高频超声对下肢深静脉血栓及伴行动脉的血流观察 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 研究下肢静脉血栓及伴行动脉的血管结构及血流特点。 方法 应用高频超声技术，对32例确诊的下肢深静脉血栓患者进行两侧下肢深静脉及伴行动脉的血管结构及血流参数测定，并进行对照分析。结果 患肢股、腘静脉内径明显较健侧增宽(P<0.01～0.05)；患肢动脉主波血流速度明显较健侧增快(P<0.05)，而两侧的逆向小波血流速度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 下肢深静脉血栓患者患肢动脉血流速度明显增快，是深静脉血栓所引起的机体病理改变，也是超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的间接征象。

    The blood-flow observation of thrombosis of deep veins of lower limb and companion arterial by the high-frequency ultrasound

    【Abstract】 Objective To study and research the blood vessel structure and blood flow characteristics of venous thrombosis of deep veins of lower limb and companion artery.Methods High-frequency ultrasoundwas used into the determinations and comparedof the blood vessel structure and blood flow parameters of venous of deep veins of lower limb and companion artery for 300 thrombosis of the same sites.Results The hore of affected extremity of femoral artery and popliteal artery was significantly wider than the uninjured side(P<0.001～0.05).The flow rate of affected extremity of artery was significantly fasterthan the uninjured side(P<0.05). Conclusion The blood flow rate was significantly faster for affected extremity of artery with venous thrombosis of deep veins of lower limb was pathologic change. Also it was indirect sign of thrombosis in deep veins of lower limb with ultrasonic diagnosis. ......
