独一味配米索前列醇在人工流产中应用的临床观察(附680例报告)

【摘要】 目的 探讨人工流产前30 min服用独一味18 g，舌下含化米索前列醇04 mg终止早孕的临床效果。方法 将孕8~10周需终止妊娠并要求无痛人工流产的680例孕妇随机分为观察组(530例)和对照组(150例)。前者在人工流产前30 min服用独一味18 g，舌下含化米索前列醇04 mg，后者不用；观察两组术中宫颈松弛扩张情况、腹疼及术后出血量。结果 观察组宫颈松弛扩张度明显大于对照组(P<005)，且易于手术操作；术中疼痛程度及手术后出血量均明显轻于或少于对照组(P<005和P<001)。结论 采用独一味加米索前列醇术前30 min口服，病人的疼痛程度、宫口松弛度、阴道出血明显改善，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】 独一味；米索前列醇；人工流产；镇痛；出血
