[摘要] 目的：探讨补骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法：补骨胶囊组40例，对照组30例，两组均服用碳酸钙—维生素D，连用6个月，补骨胶囊组另加服用补骨胶囊二个疗程，共6个月。结果：补骨胶囊组腰椎及大转子骨密度(BMD)均升高，骨痛明显改善，与此同时，骨钙素显著提高，血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)明显降低，治疗前后血尿常规及生化指标(除骨代谢指标)无明显改变。对照组治疗前后上述指标改变不明显。结论：补骨胶囊是治疗原发性骨质疏松症安全、有效的药物。
