[摘要] 目的 了解昆山市精神病患者精神药物使用情况，为进一步加强精神病患者的康复工作提供参考依据。方法 随机抽取昆山市坚持服用精神药物的精神病患者共1015例，对其精神药物使用情况做统计分析。结果 价格便宜、副作用大的传统精神药物使用率高；价格较高、副作用较小的新型精神药物使用率低。结论 价格成为精神病患者选用药物的首要因素，疗效其次，对副反应的考虑较少。这种现状对精神病患者社会功能的康复非常不利。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyse the current situation of application of psychotropic drugs of the psychopath in Kunshan City-the head of the nation hundred strong (county level) city，to provide the reference for the government department to draw up the related mental hygiene policy，laws and regulations.Methods Investigate the current situation of application of psychotropic drugs of all the psychopath before September 1，2005 in Kunshan City.Results Low price and the side effect of tradition medicine selects rate is high;the high price and the small side effect new medicine selects rate is low.Conclusion The price becomes the psychopath to select the medicine the most important factor ......
