老年人拔牙中麻醉剂复方阿替卡因的合理应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人拔牙中麻醉剂复方阿替卡因(碧兰麻)不同剂量对患者的影响。 方法 将480例老年病人随机分为2组，在使用麻醉剂后拔牙并利用VAS(visud analogue scale)标尺法对患者疼痛程度进行打分；口腔科医生评价麻醉效果,统计麻醉完全、良好、有效和无效的比例；同时观察2组接受拔牙病人在麻醉剂使用前和使用10 min后的平均动脉压(MBP)和心率(HR)，以及不良反应的发生率。 结果 2组病人的VAS评分无显著性差异(P>005)；2组病人使用麻醉疗效也无显著性差异(P>005)；但2组病人使用麻醉剂后的MBP和HR有显著性差异(P<005)；2组病人均无明显的不良反应。 结论 复方阿替卡因在老年人拔牙中使用是安全有效的，但须减少剂量。【主题词】 阿替卡因； 麻醉药，局部； 拔牙； 老年人
