绍兴市社区老年人高血压用药分析

     【摘要】目的调查绍兴市某社区老年(≥60岁)高血压病人降压治疗药物使用情况。方法通过直接问卷方法，调查绍兴市越城区老年高血压患者1 550例，按年龄分组，分别对治疗率、达标率和降压治疗方法进行分析。结果该社区老年高血压病人治疗率较高，达73%，但大多数(659%)为单药治疗，联合用药仅为71%，达标率仅288%，且年龄越大者，达标率越低。结论绍兴市社区老年人高血压治疗率虽高，但达标率仍不高，可能与单药治疗多、联合用药少有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the usage of antihypertensive drug in patients aged 60 and over with hypertension in a community of Shaoxing city Zhejiang province,China.
