     [摘要] 目的：调查郑州市献血者Rh阴性血型的血清学表型并进行不规则抗体的检测。方法：检测献血者样本865 342例，采用血清学方法确定Rh表型，使用凝聚胺介质试剂进行不规则抗体的筛选。结果：共检出Rh阴性者286例(0.33%)，其中存在不规则抗体的标本2例(0.7%)，血清学表型包括ccdee(54.5%)、Ccdee(30.8%)、ccdEe(6.3%)、CCdee(5.6%)、CcdEe(2.8%)。结论：Rh阴性献血者血清学表型和不规则抗体调查有利于提高输血的安全性。

    Investigaition of Serological Phenotype and Irregular Antibody Among RhD Negative Blood Donors in Zhengzhou City

    Abstract：Objective To investigate serological phenotype and to detect irregular antibody of RhD negative Blood Donors in Zhengzhou City.Methods 865 342 blood samples were detected. The Rh phenotypes were determined by serological tests. The irregular antibodies were screened using Polybrene reagent. Results 286 samples were RhD negative (0.33%).
