[摘 要] 目的：探索ST段平展在异常心电图中的发生情况以及临床价值。方法：对286例有自觉症状如胸闷、心悸、乏力等病史做常规心电图检查，并对其中26例ST段平展患者做活动平版运动实验及血清钙检测。结果：286例患者中心电图异常者203例，其中ST段平展26例，占异常心电图的12.81%，26例ST平展患者活动平版运动实验阳性21例占80.77%。结论：心电图ST段平展在异常心电图的诊断中占有一定比例，且对冠心病有早期诊断价值，故要引起临床高度重视，对冠心病要做到早诊断、早治疗。不要延误病情，造成不良后果。[关键词] ST段平展；活动平板运动实验；冠心病

Abstract： Objective Explores the ST section flatly and smoothly in the unusual electrocardiogram occurrence situation as well as clinical value. Methods For 286 examples have the determination sickness as if chest stuffily, medical histories and so on palpitation, asthenia make the conventional electrocardiogram to inspect , and does the active flat pack movement experiment and the blood serum calcium examination to 26 examples ST section flat and smooth patient. Results 286 example patient center electrograph exceptionally 203 examples, ST section flat and smooth 26 examples, occupies the unusual electrocardiogram 12.8%, 26 example ST flat and smooth patient moves flat pack movement experiment masculine,21 examples occupies 80.8%.Conclusions Electrocardiogram ST section flatly and smoothly holds the certain proportion in the unusualelectrocardiogram diagnosis, also has the early time to coronary disease to diagnose thevalue, therefore must cause clinically takes highly, must achieve to coronary diseasediagnoses early, treats early.
