摘要 :目的 为了提高经皮肾镜治疗肾结石的手术配合质量和安全性。 方法 对20例21侧肾结石患者，经皮肾镜取石，术前即熟悉手术配合程序，术中对流出液进行检验，采用流出液取样的办法，准确计算失血量和灌洗液漏(或渗)出量。 结果 1例大出血，1例腹腔积液，均准确地检验了其程度，并及时得到纠正;21侧肾结石均顺利1次治疗成功。 结论 密切手术配合能够提高经皮肾镜术的速度和质量，各种检验指标为安全手术提供了可靠的依据。

    Concurrent test of outflow liquid and the scrub nurse′s cooperationin percutaneous nephrolithotomy

    Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of cooperation in the surgical team and the security with percutaneous neph-rolithotomy.Methods Percutaneous nephrolithotomy was applied to21sides of kidney stone.The scrub nurse was well famil-iarized with the operative procedures beforehand.The outflow liquid was carefully examined to calculate the exact amount of blood loss and the capacity of leaked lavement liquid.Results 1case of massive hemorrhage and1case of abdominal fluid were identified and redressed in time.All kidney stones were successfully removed.Conclusion Close cooperation within the operating team facilitates the speed and quality of percutaneous nephrolithotomy;diversified indexes of outflow liquid can provide reliable gist for safe operation. ......
