摘要 :目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖水平控制前后对静脉血血小板计数(PLT)及平均体积(MPV)的影响。 方法 以血细胞分析仪测定血小板相关参数(PLT、MPV)，以GOD法测定血糖水平。 结果 糖尿病组血糖水平控制前后均对PLT与MPV产生影响，且控制前较为显著。 结论 糖尿病患者血小板数量及平均体积均增高。
