摘要:目的 探讨粒巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GMCSF)对大鼠降钙素水平的影响。方法 给动物腹腔注射不同剂量的GMCSF,然后用RIA试剂盒检测血中降钙素水平,同时测血中钙 、磷及碱性磷酸酶。结果 血清钙水平各实验组均比对照组降低,但仅大剂量组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌性大鼠血清降钙素水平各实验组均比对照组明显降低(P<0.05);实验组的血清磷均比对照组升高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清碱性磷酸酶未见有显著的组间差异。结论 50μg/kg的GMCSF可以引起SD大鼠血清钙下降;10μg/kg和50μg/kg的GMCSF均可以引起雌性大鼠的血清降钙素降低,但对血磷、血清碱性磷酸酶无显著影响。关键词:粒巨噬细胞集落刺激因子;降钙素;钙;大鼠
The effect of granulocytemacrophage colonystimulating factor on rat calcitonin

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of granulocytemacrophage colonystimulating factor(GMCSF) on rat calcitonin (CT ). Methods A total of 48 SD healthy rats were randomly divided into control group, low GMCSF (10μg/kg·d) and high GMCSF dosage (50μg/kg·d) groups. The rats in experimental groups were continuously treated by an intraperitoneal application of GMCSF for over 7 days. The level of calcitonin was measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA), and the serum calcium (Ca), ALP and phosphorus(P) were examined by biochemical method. Results The level of the serum calcium in highdosage GMCSF group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the level of the serum calcitonin in the low and highdosage GMCSF treated female rats was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the level of the serum phosphorus(P)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The high dosage GMCSF can decrease the serum calcium; the low and highdosage GMCSF can decrease the serum calcitonin, but has no effect on the level of serum phosphorus and ALP. ......
