【摘 要】 目的 研究Duchenne型肌营养不良症的CT特点。 方法 Duchenne型肌营养不良症患者30例，按照年龄分为3组，1～6岁组8例，7～12岁组18例，≥13岁组4例。对照组选择3～60岁无肌肉疾病者165例。依次对臀肌、大腿、小腿及背肌进行CT检查。 结果 患者3岁时，臀肌开始萎缩，随着年龄的增长，臀肌、大腿、小腿及背肌呈现进行性加重。皮下脂肪增厚，各年龄组差异有显著意义。 结论 Duchenne型肌营养不良症肌肉萎缩的特点主要表现为脂肪替代改变;CT可为诊断、病情随访提供客观资料。
