     【摘要】目的：研究腹腔镜下应用圈套器套扎辅助钛夹加固法处理阑尾根部的可靠性与安全性。方法：418例患者应用圈套器套扎辅助钛夹加固法处理阑尾根部，常规腹腔镜下切除阑尾。结果：418例患者无粪漏及其它术后并发症发生，平均住院28d。结论：腹腔镜阑尾切除术采用圈套器套扎辅助钛夹加固法处理阑尾根部安全可靠，操作简便，经济实用。

    A research on the handling of the root of appendix with endoloop assisted with titanium clip in laparoscopic appendectomy

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the reliability and security of the useage of endoloop assisted with titanium clip in handling of the root of appendix in laparoscopy.Methods:418 patients were performed laparoscopic appendectomy (LA),using the endoloop to dispose the root of appendix assisted with titanium clip.Results:No fecal fistula or other complications occurred in all of the patients,and the mean hospital stay was 2.8 days.Conclusions:To handle the root of appendix in LA with the endoloop assisted with titanium clip is safe,reliable,simple and economic.
