摘要 :目的 观察神经特异性RNA结合蛋白Musashi1(Msi1)在大鼠生后不同发育时间侧脑室脑室下区(SVZ)内的表达变化。 方法 健康雄性SD大鼠，分为7天、2周、3周、1月、2月、成年(6月龄)和老年(18月龄)7组，每组5只，共35只，多聚甲醛灌注固定，冰冻冠状切片，免疫组织化学(ABC法)染色，光镜观察摄像，细胞计数。 结果 各年龄组大鼠侧脑室周围的SVZ内可见Msi1免疫反应阳性细胞，胞体小圆形，无突起或1～2个短突起，分布疏密不均匀;随年龄增长，SVZ内Msi1阳性细胞逐渐减少，老年组大鼠仍然有一定数量的Msi1阳性细胞。 结论 大鼠侧脑室SVZ内存在有Msi1阳性细胞，并随年龄增长而明显减少，这些细胞可能是神经干细胞。
