【摘 要】 目的 探讨血清脂蛋白(α)[Lp(α)]及相关血脂与缺血性脑卒中之间的关系。 方法 测定缺血性脑卒中的2组亚型;41例动脉粥样硬化性血栓形成性脑梗死(ACI)和47例腔隙性脑梗死(LI)患者的血清Lp(α)及其相关血脂，同时测定32例正常人作为对照组。 结果 ACI组与LI组相比血清Lp(α)有显著差异(P<0.05)，ACI组与对照组相比Lp(α)有非常显著差异(P<0.01)，但LI组与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);2组患者的相关血脂与对照组比较，低密度脂蛋白(LDL)有显著性差异(P<0.05)，其他血脂无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 结论 2组患者血脂变化不同，Lp(α)在ACI中起着重要的作用，高水平Lp(α)可作为ACI患者的一个独立的危险因素。
