【摘 要】 目的 总结嵌顿性小儿斜疝应用手法复位后择期行外环外疝囊高位结扎术38例的临床经验。 方法 对手法复位方法的手术时间、切口大小、恢复情况、并发症和复发率等进行观察。 结果 手术时间平均9.4min;切口长度<1cm，不需缝合、不需拆线、疼痛小;术后清醒后即可进流质饮食、可自由活动;阴囊血肿3例，无1例复发。 结论 将急诊手术转变为择期手术，并行外环外疝囊高位结扎术，是较理想的手术方式。
