心血康治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察心血康治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组，对照组30例给予能量合剂+西比灵，治疗组30例加用心血康静脉滴注，疗程均为7 d，观察2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后显效率(80.0% vs 43.3%)和总有效率(96.7% vs 83.3%)差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)，治疗组明显高于对照组。2组治疗过程中，治疗组2例，对照组1例出现皮肤斑丘疹。随访3个月，治疗组无复发，对照组复发5例。结论 心血康治疗椎动脉型颈椎病起效快，疗效突出，副作用少，值得临床应用。【关键词】 颈椎病，椎动脉型；心血康注射液；临床疗效

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xinxuekang on vertebralarterytype cervical spondylosis (CSA).Methods 60 patients with CSA were randomly divided into treatment group (Xinxiekang plus routine therapy,n=30) and control group (routine therapy only,n=30).The clinical indexes changes after treatment were observed and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment the effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 80%,96.67% respectively,however,which were 43.33%,83.33% respectively in control group.There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Xinxuekang is effective in treating CSA,with fast efficacy and few side effects,so which deserves to be used in clinic. ......
