[摘要] 目的 观察口服孟鲁司特钠(顺尔宁)治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法 将55例咳嗽变异性哮喘病儿随机分为两组：治疗组35例，给予口服盐酸丙卡特罗(美普清)和孟鲁司特钠治疗；对照组20例，给予布地奈德(普米克)及沙丁胺醇(万托林)吸入治疗。观察用药后1周、半个月、1个月、3个月咳嗽消失的情况。结果 对照组显效18例，有效2例，无效0例；治疗组显效30例，有效4例，无效1例，两组比较差异无显著性(uc=0.295,P>0.05)。结论 口服孟鲁司特钠与吸入布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果相当，但使用方便。[关键词] 咳嗽变异性哮喘； 孟鲁司特钠； 布地奈德； 治疗结果
EFFICACY OF MONTELUKAST IN THE TREATMENT OF COUGH VARIANT ASTHMAPAN YUJUAN, ZHU HUIJUAN (Qingdao Medical Care Centre for Women and Children, Qingdao 266011, China)
[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo assess the effect of Montelukast in treating cough variant asthma. Methods Fiftyfive children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=20) and treated group (n=35). The treated group took Meptin and Montelukast orally; the control group was first given Pulmicort (Budesonide) and salbutamol inhalation, and when cough was obviously relieved, salbutamol was then discontinued. Pulmicort inhalation was maintained at least 90 days. The symptom was observed one week, half month, one and three months after treatment. Results In treated group, 30 cases showed excellence, four response and one unresponse; in the control group, 18 showed excellence, 12 response, no patients were found to be unresponsive. There was no significant difference between the two groups (uc=0.295, P>0.05). Conclusion The effect between inhaling Pulmicort and taking Montelukast in treating cough variant asthma is equivalent. ......
