不同应激对小鼠全血4种元素含量影响

     摘要: 目的 探讨应激状态下小鼠体内铁、锌、钙、镁等4种元素代谢的变化规律。方法 采用束缚应激和热应激2种动物模型,同时设立正常对照组和饥饿对照组,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定小鼠全血中4种元素的含量。结果 铁与锌含量:饥饿对照组与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>005);束缚应激组显著低于其他3组(P<001);热应激组除与束缚应激组差异有统计学意义外(P<001),与其他2组差异均无统计学意义(P>005);铁与锌含量的变化,束缚应激组有显著相关性(P<0005),在其他组无显著相关性(P>005)。钙含量:饥饿对照组显著高于正常对照组(P<005)。镁含量:饥饿对照组小鼠镁含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0005)。结论 束缚应激可以导致小鼠全血中铁、锌元素含量降低,2种应激对机体生理功能损伤的机制不同。

    Effect of different type of stress on contents of iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium in whole blood of mice

    Abstract: Objective To explore metabolism changes principles of iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium under different type of stress.Methods Two kinds of stressed mice models (restraint stress and heat stress) were established;the normal control group and the starvation control group were prepared in the same time.The contents of iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium in whole blood were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results There were not significant differences between the normal and the starvation control group in the contents of iron and zinc(P>005);the contents of iron and zinc of the restraint stress group were all lower than the control group(P<001) and there were not significant differences between the heat stress group and the control group(P>005);There was correlation between the content of iron and zinc in the restraint stress group(P<001),then there were not correlations between the contents of iron and zinc in the other groups(P>005).The calcium content of the starvation control group was higher than the normal control group(P<001).The magnesium content of the starvation control group was lower than the normal control group(P<001).Conclusion The contents of iron and zinc in the whole blood decreased under the restraint stress,the injury mechanisms from the restraint stress and the heat stress may be different. ......
