【摘要】 目的 探讨阳性与阴性症状评定量表在精神分裂症罪犯中的应用现状。 方法 采用阳性与阴性症状评定量表对46例接受监管治疗的精神分裂症罪犯进行评定，并与中国常模对照。 结果 精神分裂症罪犯的阳性与阴性症状评定量表总分及各分量表分均明显低于全国常模，差异均有极显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 阳性与阴性症状评定量表可直接用于精神分裂症罪犯的评定，帮助监狱工作人员识别精神症状，为司法鉴定和临床诊断提供详实的依据。

    The PANSS on probation in the criminals with schizophrenia

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of the PANSS in the criminals with schizophrenia. Methods 46 prisoners with schizophrenia were assessed and compared with national norm using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS). Results Total and each factor score of the PANSS were all significantly lower in the prisoners than in the national norm and differences the most significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The PANSS can be directly used for assessment in prisoners with schizophrenia, be helpful to workers identifying mental symptoms and provide detailed and truthful bases for forensic psychiatric expertise and clinical diagnosis. ......
