Abstract OBJECTIVE To state that statistics plays a vital and indispensable role in hospital’s management.METHODS By discussing the characters and the functions of the health statistics,we showed what the health statistics made on the management of the modern hospitals. RESULTS Under the new situations,if the hospitals wanted to strengthen management and promote self-survival and self-development,they should full play the functions of statistical information,efficiently empolder and make the best of statistical information. CONCLUSION Only according to the scientific statistical information,the hospitals can improve the quality of service,and then promote the comprehensive development. ......
