排毒降脂胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘要：目的观察排毒降脂胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法按诊断标准选取非酒精性脂肪肝患者112例，随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组69例，采用排毒降脂胶囊(白术、大黄、泽泻、丹参、山楂、生首乌等)治疗，对照组43例用东宝肝泰治疗。疗程为3个月。结果治疗组总有效率达88.4%，并在降低血脂、改善肝功能方面均与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 排毒降脂胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝具较好疗效，有临床应用价值。关键词：非酒精性脂肪肝; 排毒降脂胶囊
Clinical Observation on PDJZ Capsule in Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of Paidujiangzhi(PDJZ) capsule on treating Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) .Methods112 cases of NAFLD were randomly divided into the treated group and control group ,the former with PDJZ capsule (twice daily,3 tablets each time) , the later with Dongbaogantai tablets (twice daily,2 pills each time). Both groups were observed for one treatment period, 3 months. The syndrome, levels of serum TG, TC, and the function of liver were checked, also with liver Bus.ResultsThe total effective rate 88.4% in treated group was obviously better than that in control group (P<0.05) ; the levels of TG, TC, ALT ,AST in treated group were improved more obviously compared with control group (P< 0. 01).ConclusionPDJZ capsule has a better curative effect on NAFLD. ......
