【摘要】 目的 探讨阿立哌唑治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。 方法 将65例难治性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组32例，对照组33例，分别用阿立哌唑及氯氮平治疗，疗程8 w。采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。 结果 治疗8 w末研究组有效率为81.3%，显效率28.1%；对照组分别为84.9%和30.3%，两组总体疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率较低，程度较轻。结论 阿立哌唑治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效与氯氮平相当，且安全性高，依从性好。

    A control study of aripiprzole vs. clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods 65 refractory schizophrenics were divided into research group(n=32) took aripiprazole and control group(n=33) did clozapine for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS)and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS). Results Effective and effectual rates were 81.3%and 28.1% in the research group and 84.9% and 30.3% in the control group, respectively, which showed that total efficacies were equivalent(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse effects was lower and degree milder. Conclusion Aripiprazole has equivalent efficacy to clozapine, higher safety and better compliance in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. ......
