运动对慢性心理应激大鼠影响

     摘要: 目的 研究运动对慢性心理应激大鼠血清皮质醇、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法 建立慢性心理应激模型,进行6周游泳训练:测定各组大鼠血清皮质醇、IL-2、IL-6的含量。结果 (1)应激组大鼠血清皮质醇含量显著高于对照组(P<001),血清IL-2、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<001);(2)30min运动组血清IL-2水平显著高于对照组(P<001),60min运动组血清IL-2、IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<001),血清皮质醇含量显著低于对照组(P<005);(3)应激+30min运动组、应激+60min运动组血清皮质醇含量显著低于应激组(P<001),IL-2和IL-6水平显著高于应激组(P<001)。结论 慢性心理应激引起大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴释放过量皮质醇,使免疫功能受到抑制;适量运动能够调节HPA轴适应性,降低皮质醇的过量释放,维护免疫功能稳定。

    Effects of physical exercise on chronic psychological stress in rats

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of exercise on the cortisol,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in rats of chronic psychological stress.Methods To construct chronic psychological stress model and carry out swim for 6 weeks in rats.The contents of cortisol,IL-2 and IL-6 were detected.Results (1)The plasma IL-2 and IL-6 levels in chronic psychological stress group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),while their cortisol level was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).(2) The plasma IL-2 levels in 30min exercise group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01);the plasma IL-2 and IL-6 levels in 60min exercise group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01) while their cortisol level was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);(3)The plasma IL-2 and IL-6 levels in both stress plus 30min exercise group and stress plus 60min exercise group were significantly higher than that in stress group(P<0.01),while their cortisol level was signficantly lower than that in stress group(P<0.01).Conclusion Chronic psychological stress depressed the immune function of rats,and exercise could effectively protect the immune system;Exercise could regulate the adaptation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical(HPA) axle and the excretion of the hormone,which could be the possible mechanism that maintained the stability of the immune. ......
