     摘要：目的用反相高效液相色谱(RPHPLC)法对马钱子生品及炮制品中士的宁和马钱子碱含量进行测定，探讨醋制马钱子炮制原理。方法Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)，流动相为乙腈水二乙胺(34∶100∶1)，检测波长260 nm。结果江西改良炮制法炮制品中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量较低。结论该法精确、简便、重现性好。

    RP-HPLC Determination of Strychnine and Brucinein from Semen Strychni and Its Processed Products
