摘要：目的了解黑芝麻油对动脉粥样硬化兔模型的血脂和主动脉形态学的影响，探讨黑芝麻油抗动脉硬化的机制。方法将30只大白耳兔随机分成基础饲料组、高脂饲料组、黑芝麻油组，每组10只，各组饲喂不同饲料20周后，取静脉血测定总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯，并观察主动脉内膜形态学变化。结果比较3个组的胆固醇值和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇值，高脂饲料组与基础饲料组比较显著增高(P<0.01)，黑芝麻油组与高脂饲料组比较显著下降(P<0.01)，而且，黑芝麻油组主动脉病理改变较高脂饲料组明显轻。结论黑芝麻油通过富含的不饱和脂肪酸降血脂和其有效成分的抗氧化作用，能够预防和减轻动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。关键词：黑芝麻油； 动脉粥样硬化； 胆固醇； 低密度脂蛋白
Effects of Black Sesame Oil on the Blood Lipid and the Pathologic Chang of Arteria Aorta in Rabbit of Atherosclerosis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effects of black sesame oil on the blood lipid and the pathologic chang of artery in rabbit of atherosclerosis.Methods30 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:basic fodder group,cholesterol fodder group,black sesame oil group.There were 10 rabbits in each group.Feeding difference fodder for 20 weeks,the contents of totalcholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG) in serum of rabbits were determined .The pathologic chang of artery was observed.ResultsThe contents of TC and LDL-C in the cholesterol fodder group were significantly higher than the basic fodder group(P<0.01). The contents of TC and LDL-C in black sesame oil group were significantly lower than the cholesterol fodder group(P<0.01).In black sesame oil group the pathologic chang of arteria aorta endomembrane was significantly lighter than that in the cholesterol fodder group.ConclusionThe black sesame oil decreases the blood lipid of atherosclerosis rabbits and shows the function of vanishing AS.The fuction may be resulted by the unsaturated fatty acid and antioxidant fraction of black sesame oil. ......
