     摘要：目的建立测定参芪补血冲剂多糖的含量的方法。方法于486 nm波长处用分光光度法测定参芪补血冲剂中果糖的含量。结果果糖在10～60 μg/ml之间与溶液吸光度值线性关系良好，r=0.999，果糖的平均加样回收率为102.2%，RSD为0.82%(n=5)。结论方法简便、快捷、可靠性高，准确性和重现性好，可用于复方制剂质量控制。

    Study on Determination of Polysaccharide in Shenqibuxue Granule

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo develop a method for determination of Polysaccharide in Shenqibuxue Granule.MethodsThe content of soluble Polysaccharide was determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 486 nm.ResultsBetween fructose over the range of 10～70 μg/ml and the optical density,there existed a good linear relationship(r=0.999,n=6).The average recovery of the added sample was 102.5% and RSD was 0.82%(n=5).ConclusionThe proposed method is convenient, economic, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quantitative analysis of Polysaccharide in Shenqibuxue Granule. ......
