生脉饮合淫羊藿治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

     摘要：目的观察生脉饮合淫羊藿对缓慢性心律失常的治疗作用。方法将140例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为生脉饮(人参、麦冬、五味子)合淫羊藿加减治疗组70例和心宝丸对照组70例，两组患者疗程均为4周, 观察两组治疗后，心率的变化；比较疗效。结果在临床疗效方面，生脉饮合淫羊藿组疗效明显优于心宝丸组(α=0.05)；治疗后生脉饮合淫羊藿组在提高心率方面明显优于心宝丸组(P<0.05)。结论生脉饮合淫羊藿治疗缓慢性心律失常有较好的临床疗效。

    A Clinical Study on Shengmaiyin (Yinyanghuo added extra) for Bradycardiac Arrhythmia

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the action of Shengmaiyin (Yinyanghuo added extra) for bradycardiac arrhythmia. Methods140 cases of bradycardiac arrhythmia were randomly into Shengmaiyin(composed of Renshen, Maidong, Wuweizi; Yinyanghuo added extra) group (70 cases) and Xinbao group (70 cases).The therapeutic course was four weeks in each group. The changes of heart rate after and befove treatment were observed and the curative effect was compared. ResultsAfter treatment, the Shengmaiyin group was superior to the Xinbao group in the aspect of improving heart rate(P<0.05) and curative effect.ConclusionShengmaiyin (Yinyanghuo added extra) has significantly clinical effect on bradycardiac arrhythmia. ......
