     摘要：目的完善当归注射液的质量标准。方法采用TLC对当归进行鉴别，用紫外分光光度法测定当归注射液中性挥发油的含量。结果TLC鉴别专属性强，分离度好；当归注射液中性挥发油在280 nm处有最大吸收，可作当归注射液的质控指标。结论该方法可行、简便、快速，可有效控制药品质量。

    Quality Standard of Angelica Injection

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard of Angelica Injection.Methods The quantitation was carried out by TLC.The main components of volatile of Angelica Injection was determined by UV Spectrophotometry.ResultsRadix Angelicae Sinensis was identified successfully by TLC.The band at 280nm was the characteristic absorption band of Angelica Injection.ConclusionThe method is simple,quick accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of Angelica Injection.
