邦贝抗炎栓对宫颈糜烂大鼠免疫功能的影响

     摘要：目的探讨邦贝抗炎栓对宫颈糜烂大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法48只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、邦贝抗炎栓组、双唑泰栓组。除正常对照组外，其余组均用苯酚阴道注射建立大鼠宫颈糜烂模型。药物治疗12 d后，断头采血，用酶链免疫法测定血清IL1，TNFα含量。结果模型对照组与正常对照组对比，IL1，TNFα水平明显增高，而邦贝抗炎栓组IL1，TNFα水平显著下降，与模型对照组相比，分别有显著性差异。结论邦贝抗炎栓能调节宫颈糜烂大鼠的免疫功能，这可能是其治疗宫颈糜烂的机制之一。

    The Effect of Bangbeikangyanshuan on Immune Function in Animal Model

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Bangbeikangyanshuan(BB) on the immunological function in experimental rats with cervical erosion.Methods48 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, BB group, and SZT(shuangzuotai) group.The medicine was used to treat the rats modeled by benfen jiaojiang. The IL1 and TNFα of mice in cervical mucosa were observed.ResultsCompound with the model group, the IL1 and TNFα significantly decreased in rats pretreated with BB and SZT (P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionBB and SZT are an effective medicines, they can reduce the degree of IL1,TNFα, and BB is better than SZT. ......
