[摘要] 目的 研究并比较持续皮下胰岛素输注(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion，CSII)及多次皮下注射胰岛素(multiple subcutaneous insulin injection，MSII)两种方法治疗2型糖尿病继发性磺脲类药物失效(secondary sulfonylurea failure，SF)的临床疗效、患者生活质量及护理强度。方法 采用对照研究方法，探讨CSII和MSII两种治疗方法在控制血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、低血糖的发生率、注射区皮肤瘙痒及皮下结节出现频数以及患者生活质量、护理工作强度的差异。结果 CSII的临床疗效、患者生活质量明显优于MSII，CSII的护理强度明显低于MSII。结论 CSII治疗有效地降低餐后2 h血糖；减少了低血糖的发生，提高了患者的生活质量，降低了护理人员的工作强度。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect,the quality life of patients and nursing intension of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) by insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection (MSII) in controlling blood glucose on type 2 diabetic patients with sulfonylurea failure (SF).Methods The differences of blood glucose level,HbA1c,hypoglycemic episodes,cutaneous pruritus on injection site,frequency of subcutaneous nodule,the quality of life of patients and nursing intension both in CSII group with insulin pump and MSII group were compared by a matching study.Results The therapeutic effect and the quality of life of diabetic patients with SF in CSII group was excellence than that of patients in MCII；nursing intension in CSII group was significantly less than that of MSII group.Conclusion As a new intensive therapy for type 2 diabetic with SF and compared with MSII,CSII can improve the quality life of patients and reduce nursing intension. ......
