[摘要] 目的 了解护士对基础护理认识现状，正确评价护士认识上存在的问题，以便采取有效的对策，进一步推动基础护理的落实。方法 自行设计问卷，采用随机抽样的方法，于2006年5月抽取某二级甲等医院住院病房护士120人，发放问卷120份，回收有效问卷120份，回收率为100.0%。统计方法采用一般描述性统计和百分比构成。结果 认同基础护理是护士工作职责占46.0%，认同做好基础护理需要护理专业知识和技能的占40.0%，认同做好基础护理能促进护患沟通的占41.7%，认同基础护理是护士职业价值的具体体现的占43.0%，认同基础护理质量直接影响患者身体康复的占25.0%，而对于护士人手不足、基础护理收费低原因造成基础护理难落实认同率分别为68.0%和65.0%。结论 应加强护士的职业道德教育，强化专业素质，转变观念和态度，充分发挥护士在基础护理中的职能作用；完善规章制度，建立基础护理质量长效监管机制；合理配置护理人员，保障护理安全；遵循价值规律，遵守商品经济原则，按护理服务成本收费，提高护理人员积极性。

    Analysis and strategy of nurses’ cognizing on basic nursing

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate cognitive status of nurses,to modify basic nursing work further more.Methods Designing questionnaire by ourselves and taking the ways of random sample.We extracted 120 nurses from certain hospital’s ward,dispensed 120 pieces of questionnaires.The rate of recycling was 100%.Statistical method was made of general describing and percent composing.Results 46.0% people agreed that basic nursing was the nurser’s work.40.0% people agreed that basic nursing need professional knowledge and skill.41.7% agreed that basic nursing could promote connection between nurses and patients.43.0% agreed that basic nursing was embodiment of nurse professional value.25.0% agreed that the quality of nursing directly influenced patients’ recovery.68.5% agreed that lack of nurse,65.0% agreed that low charge caused basic nursing hard to put in practice.Conclusion We should strengthen the education of nurses,change notion and attitude,exert the nurses’ function,perfect nursing system,build long-effect management system,distribute nurses reasonably,abide rule,boost nurses’ enthusiasm. ......
