【摘要】 目的 总结镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗老年前列腺增生症的疗效。方法 75例老年患者置架前测定IPSS28.5±3.6，QOL>4。介入法置入镍钛记忆合金网状支架，于术后1年、2年、3年、4年随访。结果 术后1年优良率87.3%，2年优良率86.0%，3年优良率77.8%，4年优良率73.5%。结论 介入法经尿道前列腺支架置入术可作为治疗老年人前列腺增生症的一种方法。
