【摘要】 目的 调查我校韩国留学生和朝鲜族学生面部蠕形螨感染情况。 方法 用透明胶粘贴法对我院韩国留学生和朝鲜族学生进行面部蠕形螨感染情况调查。 结果 调查365人，检出蠕形螨为189例，感染率为51.87%。留学生(A组)感染率为23.16%，国内朝鲜族学生(B组)感染率为61.85%。A组和B组鼻部、额部及颏部感染分别占为45.46%、36.36%、18.18%和45.51%、40.12%、14.37%；感染度为轻度、中度及重度分别为A组81.82%、13.64%、4.54%和B组67.67%、22.75%、9.58%；A组和B组单纯毛囊蠕形螨、单纯皮脂蠕形螨和混合感染分别为36.36%、18.18%、45.46%和41.80%、16.40%、41.80%。结论 两组学生面部蠕形螨感染率差异有显著性，但与性别、部位、感染度及感染虫种均差异无显著性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To survey the infection of Demodex SP.on face among Korean students and Chinese - Korean students. Methods The infection of Demodex SP.was detected by the cellophan tape swab.Results The total infection rate was 51.87%. The infection rate of group of Korean students(A group) and Chinese-Korean students(B group) was 23.16%, 61.85% respectively. The infection rate on nose, fore head and mandible was 45.46%、36.36%、18.18% and 45.51%、40.12%、14.37% in A, B group, respectively. The Slight,mid and severe intensity of infection was 81.82%、13.64%、4.54% in A group and 67.67%、22.75%、9.58% in B group. The infection rate of D. folliculorum, D.breuis, and mixed D. folliculorum and D.breuis was 6.36%、18.18%、45.46% and 41.80%、16.40%、41.80% in A,B group, respectively.Conclusion The infection rate of Chinese - Korean group was higher than Korean group, but the infection rate was no significantly different with sex, site and the degree of intensity between two groups. ......
