【摘要】 目的 探讨DHS治疗股骨转子下骨折的远期疗效。方法 将41例并获得5年以上随访的股骨转子下骨折进行回顾性分析，随访采用问卷及双侧髋关节正位X线片及下肢长度测量的方法。结果 本组优30例(73%)，良4例(10%)，可5例(12%)，其中ⅡC型2例，ⅢA型1例， ⅢB 型2例，差2例(5%)，其中ⅡC型1例，ⅢB 型1例。结论 除了ⅡC型和Ⅲ 型骨折外，DHS治疗股骨转子下骨折的远期疗效满意。
