[摘要] 目的 探讨以手术为中心的围术期对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉所进行的一系列用药策略及处理手段。方法 对228例鼻内镜手术的患者行围术期的系统处理，包括药物选择、麻醉方式、术后静脉镇痛、术腔清理等。结果 所有患者均未出现严重并发症，明显减轻术后患者疼痛不适，安全度过围术期。结论 通过围术期用药和麻醉方法选择及术后静脉镇痛等利于术者更彻底和从容的处理病变，避免患者由于紧张和全身合并症带来的潜在危险，获得良好的治疗效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate a series of the medicine strategies and treatment methods for the chronic sinusitis and the nasal polyp in the period of perioperation.Methods 228 patients with nasal endoscopic operation patients were given systematic treatment including medicine choice,anaesthesia way,postoperative intravenous analgesia,the cleaning of operational cavity,and so forth.Results All patients had no serious complication and survived the period of perioperation,and the postoperative pain of the patients were obviously relieved.Conclusion During the period of periopertion medication,the anesthesia and postoperative analgesia made the operator to treat patients thoroughly and calmly,avoiding the patients’ tension and potential danger of systematic complications,so received sound treatment. ......
