【摘要】 目的 观察强脉冲光对Becker痣多毛症的脱毛效果。方法 应用ELITEplus IPL脱毛系统祛除Becker痣伴发的多余毛发，一般需5次以上的治疗，每次间隔2个月以上。强脉冲光的输出波长为610～1000nm，光斑面积为50mm×10mm，每列脉冲由4～15个分脉冲组成，其分脉宽为5ms，延时时间为2～20ms，能量密度为22.3～38.3J/cm2。结果 6例患者均能耐受治疗，无需麻醉。经5次以上的治疗，毛发基本完全脱落。治疗后无需包扎，常规洗浴。无水泡、感染、色素沉着及瘢痕形成等并发症。随访6～12个月，只有少许毳毛再生。结论 强脉冲光脱毛系统治疗Becker痣伴发的局部多毛症，疗效可靠，操作简单，治疗速度快，无严重并发症发生，是一种比较理想的脱毛方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the hair-removal effect of IPL on hirsutism of Becker's nevi. Methods 6 patients with hirsutism of Becker's nevi were treated 5 and above treatment sessions, at 2-month intervals, with ELITEplus IPL. Its wavelength was 610～1000nm, and spot size was 50mm×10mm. The macro-pulse is composed of a series of micro-pulses with equal intervals in between. The micro-pulse duration was 5 ms, the number of micro-pulse was 4～15, the interval of micro-pulse (delay) was 2～20ms, and the fluence was 22.3～38.3J/cm2. Results All of the patients were well tolerant under no anesthesia. The hairs were mostly or fully removed after 5 and above treatment sessions. Routinewashing can be done and bandaging was not applied after treatment. There was no blister, infection, hyperpigmentation and scarring. Little vellus hair regrowth has been observed after a 6～12 month follow-up. Conclusions IPL is an ideal method to depilate hirsutism of Becker's nevi because of its credible effect, simple operation, rapid treatment and no serious complication. ......
